Returns & Exchanges
Despite our extensive efforts to dial in perfect sizing for all customers, sometimes it’s an imperfect art and people might need to size up or down.
We get it, no sweat. We’ll do our best to make the exchange process as painless as we can.
The sooner we hear from you the more likely you are to receive a timely exchange so please reach out immediately after you receive your package.
Please review our site for style and size availability for your exchange. All returns/exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and odor-free. All returns/exchanges must have hang tags still attached. You will be notified via email once we have received, processed, and approved your return. Refunds are processed once returns are approved. If you are requesting an exchange and would like your new order shipped to an address other than your original shipping address, please include this when you contact us.

Your purchase on alday.co is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Meaning if you don't dig 'em for whatever reason, let us know. We'll even cover return shipping if you're in the US.
Returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving the product if they are unwashed and in the original condition you received them.

For all international orders, including Canadian orders, return postage is unfortunately not provided.
Where’s my order? How do I track it?
Orders ship same-day to two business days from the time the order was placed unless otherwise noted in the items description. Delays may be caused by Special Events or Holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.
Transit times vary, but most orders ground shipped within the Domestic United States will arrive within 2-8 business days.
Any order outside of the Domestic United States may add an extra week to this timeline due to customs and carry-over delays. We're aiming to cut this time down drastically in the near future.
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number attached. If you signed up for text or Facebook Messenger notifications keep an eye out for those too..
Is shipping really free in the US?
Yes. Unless you need it quicker, in which case we offer a discounted 2nd Day UPS rate.
What about international?
We're happy to announce that we now offer global tracked shipping and transparent duties! When you enter your international address at checkout you'll see exactly how much it costs for your specific country. You'll also be able to take care of your duties right at checkout.
This means we pre-pay your countries duties with your checkout payment. While our rates are super competitive the cost of shipping and duties internationally in some countries can is higher than others.
If you're curious about shipping/duties, just go through checkout for your location and you'll know right away.
How do they fit?
Our knit denim is unique from other styles of denim.
If you like your denim to fit more like a straight/slim order your true size.
And while most denim is going to feel like a straight jacket if you go down a size. If you like your pants to fit a bit more snug, opt for a size or two down in the waist. Unlike woven denim you're used to, Aldays aren't going to be uncomfortable, it will just look more like a skinny fit.
The composition is: 67% cotton, 31% poly, and 2% spandex.
Cotton is great for softness and breathability. Cotton does have two downsides in a knit though: it will not hold shape over time, and it loses some of the durability benefits of woven denim. But if you add poly in just the right way it acts like rebar in concrete to give it structure and strength. Knits also naturally have more stretch by design, but we do add a bit of extra spandex in just for good measure.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Oh boy, we accept all sorts of methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Discover Card, JCB, Diner's Club
We also accept Apple Pay if you're on an Apple browser (Safari for desktop, iPhone, and iPad), as well as Google Pay if you're on an Android (Chrome for desktop, smartphone, and tablet).
We also support Shopify quick pay for anyone who has shopped with us before and opts to set it up via their mobile number.
